About Us

First I would like to introduce myself. I am Gigo Philip. I am running yoga center Nithya Yoga at Kottayam, Kerala, India. I am a certified Meditation Master. What i am doing here is sharing my Enlightenment with you.
At present I am working as a meditation trainer, mentor and motivational speeker. I am conducting regular class at Kottayam, I am also conducting one day training and two day training for business people, students, sports people, employers etc. Class are conducting inside the state and out side the state.
Courses are conducted in different type of meditations, personality development work shops etc. One day training includes Nithya Yoga meditation, creative visualization and how to re-programme your mind with positive affirmations. The trainings comprises of study about natures laws - the law of attraction, the law of impermanence, the law of action, the law of cosmic habit force, the law of subconscious mind, the law of motion, the law of forgiveness etc. First you have to understand the law of nature, then only you can apply it. Among the various types of meditation in the world today, the Nithya Yoga meditation is unique. This technique is a simple, logical way to acheive real peace of mind and to lead a happy, useful life. Nithya Yoga itself contains nothing of a sectarian nature, and can be accepted and applied by people of any background. Nithya Yogi is an inner scientist. Every human being is conditioned to assume that the real world is outside. We live our lives by seeking inputs in physical and mental form with this external reality. Most of us have never considered severing our outward contacts in order to see what happens inside. The idea of doing, so probably sounds like choosing to spend hours staring at the test pattern on a screen. We would rather explore the far side of the moon or the bottom of the ocean than the hidden depths within ourselves.

But in fact the universe exists for each of us only when we experience it with our body and mind. It is never elsewhere, it is always here and now. By exploring the here-and-now of ourselves we can explore the world. Unless we investigate the world within we can never know reality, we will only know our beliefs about it, or our intellectual conceptions of it. By observing ourselves, however, we can come to know the reality directly and can learn to deal with it in a positive and creative way.
